Entertainer and activist Charly Boy, also known as Area Fada, has weighed in on the controversy surrounding Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, following Natasha’s accusations of sexual harassment against Akpabio and her report to the United Nations.
Taking to Instagram, Charly Boy expressed his frustration with Nigeria’s leadership, calling out the political elite and criticizing those in power.
“From the Presidency, Supreme Court justices, law enforcement agencies, House of Representatives members, to horny Senators—Nigeria don scatter scatter. Reminds me of my song ‘1990,’” he wrote.
He further condemned National Assembly members, referring to them as “anyhow men without value or shame,” and labeling them as “randy dogs, deplorable, and undistinguished.”
Addressing the scandal, he stated:
“We’re witnessing the Senate President’s sex scandal, something that has followed him throughout his political career. Now we’re seeing how victims are punished while the guilty continue to flex. Nonsense. My people, globally, it’s only in Nigeria where real criminals are in power. A congregation of crooks, drug peddlers, and sex predators are in charge of Nigeria. Shame on them.”
