Troops Thwart Terrorist Attack On Gov Zulum’s Convoy

Troops in Borno State successfully thwarted a Boko Haram attack on March 12, 2025, rescuing seven kidnapped travelers.
The convoy, returning from Biu, engaged the terrorists in a gun battle, killing several insurgents and recovering weapons and motorcycles. Governor Zulum was not present in the convoy during the attack.
