Abdul-Azeez Adediran, also known as Jandor, a former governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, has rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Jandor announced his defection to the ruling APC during a press conference in Lagos on Monday, just weeks after leaving the PDP.
“We have decided to return to the All-Progressives Congress, APC. Before you ask about my reasons for leaving the APC, let me share a Yoruba proverb: ‘If a woman hasn’t tried two husbands, she wouldn’t know which one is better,’” he said.
On March 3, 2025, Jandor had left the PDP, citing the anti-party activities of some of its leaders in Lagos State as his reason for the departure.
