Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians in the state and across Nigeria, calling on them to pray for both his administration and that of President Bola Tinubu.
In a message posted on his verified Facebook page, the governor described Easter as a time of hope, renewal, and sacrifice. He urged citizens to reflect on core Christian values like love, forgiveness, and unity, and to work together for a peaceful and inclusive society.
“Our commitment is to serve the people,” he said, highlighting efforts to improve rural development, urban infrastructure, security, economic growth, and human capital. He emphasized that youth and women empowerment remain key priorities, aimed at uplifting every community, regardless of background.
From Zangon Kataf to Birnin Gwari and Kaduna metropolis, the governor said his administration is working to ensure equal access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities across the state.
He also encouraged acts of kindness during the Easter season, urging citizens to support the less privileged through charity and compassion.
Governor Sani concluded by asking for continued prayers and support for both state and federal leadership as they navigate challenges and strive for national progress.
“As we celebrate Easter, let unity guide us, and may peace and development flourish in Kaduna and across Nigeria,” he said.
