The new Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, whom the Senate confirmed as the new CJN last week has been sworn-in by President Bola Tinubu.
Tinubu presided over Kekere-Ekun’s swearing-in at the Council Chambers, Presidential Villa in Abuja, on Monday.
This followed her screening on the floor of the upper legislative chamber.
Tinubu had named her the new acting CJN following the retirement of her predecessor, Justice Olukoyede Ariwoola.
