Former Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, has pledged his unwavering support to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and called on party members to remain loyal and dedicated as they work towards reclaiming power in 2027. Despite recent defections, Ikpeazu emphasized that he would not leave the party and would continue to contribute to its revival.
Addressing PDP supporters from Abia South at his Umuobiakwa residence, Ikpeazu urged the members to stay committed during the party’s challenging phase. He reassured them that better days lie ahead and that loyalty would eventually pay off. Ikpeazu also praised the new leadership of the State Working Committee, led by Abraham Amah, expressing confidence that under his leadership, the party would regain power by 2027.
