Diddy’s Legal Team Moves to Suppress Evidence in Federal Investigation

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ defense team has filed motions to suppress evidence related to his alleged “freak-offs” parties, arguing that federal agents obtained search warrants through misleading statements and omissions.

Attorneys for the 55-year-old rapper claim that the raids on his homes and the examination of his internet history violated his Fourth Amendment rights. They argue that the warrants were overly broad and misrepresented facts to justify their execution.

The defense further alleges that federal agents deliberately withheld evidence suggesting that at least one alleged victim willingly participated in the parties. They also accuse prosecutors of concealing financial motives behind the accusations.

Federal authorities raided Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes in March as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. Prosecutors claim that since 2008, Combs has engaged in coercion, threats, and exploitation. Confiscated evidence reportedly includes unmarked AR-15s, ammunition, and thousands of bottles of lubricant.

Diddy’s legal team maintains that the government’s actions were unjust, strategically designed to leak damaging information and gain an unfair advantage in the case.
