MultiChoice has announced an upward review of its DStv and GOtv subscription prices, set to take effect from March 1, 2025. The company disclosed this in a statement to customers on Monday, citing rising operational costs, inflation, and currency depreciation as reasons for the increase.
Under the new pricing, the DStv Compact bouquet will rise from N15,700 to N19,000, while the Compact Plus package will jump to N30,000. Premium subscribers will now pay N44,500. GOtv users will also see price hikes, with the GOtv Jinja package increasing from N3,600 to N3,900, GOtv Plus rising to N5,800, GOtv Max at N8,500, Supa at N11,400, and Supa Plus reaching N16,800.
MultiChoice assured customers that the adjustment is necessary to maintain high-quality local and international content and deliver top-tier entertainment through the best technology.
