Brazilian footballer Hulk has tied the knot with his ex-wife’s niece, Camila Angelo, in a grand religious wedding ceremony. The Atlético Mineiro star had previously married Camila in a civil ceremony back in 2020, shortly after ending his 12-year marriage to her aunt, Iran Angelo.
Sharing his joy on Instagram, Hulk wrote, “Before God and the promises of our love, we unite in one heart, beginning our eternity together. Life! I love you.”
Hulk and Iran’s marriage, which lasted from 2007 to 2019, produced three children: sons Ian and Tiago, and a daughter, Alice—who are now cousins to his new wife, Camila.
The wedding ceremony took place in Hulk’s hometown of Campina Grande, as reported by G Show. Held at the Diocesan Cathedral of Our Lady of the Conception, the venue was adorned with a stunning sea of white roses.
Hulk walked down the aisle in a wine-colored suit, accompanied by his mother, while Camila dazzled in an intricately embroidered dress with a veil designed by Samuel Cirnansck, escorted by her father.
The couple’s celebration doesn’t end there—a grand party is scheduled for January 7 at a luxury resort in João Pessoa.
Hulk and Camila, who announced their relationship in 2019, share two children, Zaya and Aisha. Their unconventional love story has captivated attention worldwide, sparking mixed reactions from fans and media alike.
