Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has appointed the Emir of Fufore, Alhaji Muhammadu Sani Ribadu, as the Amirul-Hajj and leader of the Government delegation for the 2025 Hajj exercise to Saudi Arabia.
“The appointment is based on Ribadu’s hard work, experience, and commitment to religious matters in the state,” a statement by Humwashi Wonosikou, Governor Fintiri’s Chief Press Secretary disclosed.
According to the statement, other members of the delegation include Alhaji Muhammad Buba Jidjiwa, Barr. A T Shehu,
Alhaji Ibrahim Abba, Alhaji Abubakar Murtala and Alhaji Mohammed Dabo (Secretary).
Governor Fintiri charged the committee to be dedicated to their assignment, ensuring a hitch-free 2025 Hajj operation.
He also tasked the delegation to collaborate with relevant agencies for a successful operation.
