President Donald Trump on Monday teased reporters by waving a letter left for him in a drawer of the Oval Office’s Resolute Desk by the outgoing President Joe Biden.
It is part of a tradition of one president leaving a welcome note to his successor.

The later was signed Joe Biden himself and dated Jan. 20, the day he left office.
