Obi Cubana came under fire after his adopted son, Chidi, posted a TikTok video jokingly claiming to be his next of kin. In response, Obi posted a photo of his biological son, Alex, on Instagram with the caption: “Ancient and modern, eyes on the ball. @dtwalx aka next of kin.”
Some social media users, including Solomon Buchi, criticized Obi’s public response, suggesting he should have handled the situation privately instead of appearing to dismiss Chidi online.
In what appears to be a reaction to the criticism, Ebele took to Instagram to share her thoughts. She wrote:
