In a nail-biting men’s singles match, Taylor Fritz held his nerve to outlast Hubert Hurkacz, 6-4, 5-7, 7-6 (7/4). Fritz’s victory secured an unassailable 2-0 lead for the Americans, cementing their claim to the United Cup trophy for the second year in a row.
