Tinubu was seen alongside Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan and other dignitaries at the high-profile event.

It was previously reported that Tinubu arrived in Dar es Salaam to participate in the summit, which commenced on January 27. According to Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Public Communication, Sunday Dare, the President’s attendance aims to promote energy security, affordability, and sustainability.

“He’s not here just for the fun of it. Mr. President will announce a dynamic, compact initiative coming from Nigeria that will help push this agenda forward,” Dare told reporters.
