Tinubu Mourns With Florence Ajimobi Over Daughter’s Passing

President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, the widow of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, following the death of her daughter, Mrs. Bisola Kola-Daisi.

In a statement released on Friday and signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu described the loss as both unexpected and deeply sorrowful.

“During a heartfelt conversation with the grieving mother on Thursday, President Tinubu expressed his profound sympathy to the family, acknowledging the sudden and painful loss of a beloved daughter, wife, and mother of three,” the statement read.

The President also offered his prayers and support to Mrs. Kola-Daisi’s husband, family, friends, and associates, remembering the deceased as kind-hearted, hardworking, and generous.

Recognizing her accomplishments, Tinubu praised her success as a businesswoman and her valuable service as a trusted public servant.

“Her insightful advice in budgeting and finance was truly invaluable,” the statement added.

President Tinubu prayed for divine strength and comfort for the mourning family, asking for God’s mercy to grant the deceased eternal rest.

“President Tinubu prayed for Almighty God’s grace to welcome her soul and provide comfort and strength to her loved ones,” Onanuga concluded.

Mrs. Kola-Daisi’s death has sparked an outpouring of condolences from family, friends, and political associates, who have praised her as a compassionate leader and a dedicated professional.
